MARSHA & TODD DAVIS
Todd and Marsha Davis are the Fun Coach Team based in the heart of the recreation and tourism popular City of Scottsdale. Todd has a seasoned career in recreation. His experiences are vast and diversified. As a college recruit for basketball in 1975, the City of Scottsdale Parks and Recreation Department hired him. Since then, he hasn’t looked back from or beyond the recreation industry. While getting a degree in recreation services from Arizona State University, Todd worked for the City of Scottsdale. By the time he graduated, he was a full-time sports coordinator and auxiliary firefighter. His passion and drive for fun and recreation permeated his lifestyle as he played basketball, softball, and volleyball and enjoyed other outdoor activities such as fishing and camping. In 1982, Todd’s creative spirit outgrew local government. He retired from community services and pursued a vision of corporate recreation programs. As most visionary entrepreneurs do, he struggled to achieve his goals, and by 1986, his vision of corporate games took off. Marsha and Todd married in 1988 and together they created Corporate Olympics, Sports Tournaments. By 2000, they had offices in five cities hosting over 300 events a year. Marsha has a passion for coaching, competing, and helping people have fun in life. At 34 years of age, she went back to college, played basketball, and received her degree. Their passion turned to helping people have more fun at work. In 2002, they started Fun Coach USA with the goal of bringing fun back to people at and away from work. Since then, together they have continued to facilitate and provide programs to meet the goal of team or connecting people together so that they can achieve more.
